Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 747games. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 747games employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 747games will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 747games support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
747games is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to account activation. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the 747games Privacy Policy.
747games accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
Payment Restrictions: In compliance with Philippine regulations, 747games does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not supported, consistent with applicable Philippine banking and gaming regulations.
Deposits are credited to your 747games account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 747games does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 747games accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 747games aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. 747games reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspected abuse.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 747games reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players' accounts. The Company's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be payable for losses arising from technical errors beyond the return of the original stake.
Sports betting markets on 747games cover events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, UFC, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play betting is available for selected events and is subject to additional terms displayed at the time of wagering.
747games may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion. Wagers placed using bonus funds on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
747games strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software to exploit promotional offers; placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds; and any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 747games reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 747games Platform:
747games reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the 747games Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of 747games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 747games does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, 747games's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
747games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or regulatory requirements.
You may request the closure of your 747games account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
